Hello everyone!
My names i will keep private.
Years back i've battled with many habits, the most difficult of them all - Masturbation is what am about to discuss.

I started masturbating at age 13. The funniest thing is that i can't narrate how i started it, no one taught me how to masturbate. I formed it myself. Then, i was just a little boy of class 3(JS3) and i may say that i didn't know what i was doing cause i saw nothing wrong with it.

Maybe you started earlier than i and as i, no one may have taught you how to masturbate - you may have formed it on the mind.

I experienced so many negatives in my life, academically and socially in specific.
At school i lacked focus and all i could do was to dress and undress my female lecturers with my eyes...
In my relationship with others i suffered low self-esteem.

THIS IS WHY IT HAS BEEN DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO STOP!

* PORN ; Do you still watch porn?

* THOUGHTS ; DO still entertain naughty thoughts?

* LONLINESS : Do you have a girlfriend?

I will help you stop masturbation in just 30Days!

Plateau Killings: Niger Delta Militants To Go
After Herdsmen and Miyetti Allah Cattle
Breeders’ Association, If Nothing Is Done In
21 Days
A coalition of Niger Delta militants,
yesterday, gave the Federal Government a
21-day notice to end killings in the country.
The group lamented the recent killing by
herdsmen in Plateau State.
The militants, who met at Ikot Abasi, Akwa
Ibom State during the weekend, also tasked
the Federal Government on protection of
lives and property of Nigerians.
The militants warned the Federal
Government that there’ll be doom if failed to
forestall anarchy and further bloodshed.
They declared a 21-day mourning period for
those massacred recently in Plateau State by
rampaging herdsmen, and threatened to
declare herdsmen and Miyetti Allah Cattle
Breeders’ Association enemies.
A statement by leader of the coalition, W.O I
Izonebi, read, “As agitators with conscience,
we take lives of fellow Nigerians sacrosanct
as no amount of provocation will lead to the
slaughtering of innocent Nigerians because
of cows.
“We, therefore, declare 21 days of mourning
for the innocent Nigerians killed in Plateau
State by foreigners trained by late Gaddafi
that are now masquerading as herdsmen,
according to our President, Muhammadu
Buhari.
“We urge the government to do the needful
before the expiration of our 21 days of
mourning to avoid a total breakdown of law
and order because it seems we do not have
law, and government is unable to
implement its primary responsibility of
protecting lives and properties of its
citizens.
“We demand implementation of the
following to avoid doom and more loss of
lives: The immediate devolution of power to
states and regions to enable governors
discharge their primary responsibility of
protecting lives and properties and
declaration and proscription of the Gaddafi
mercenaries masquerading as herdsmen as
a terrorist organisation.
“The government and security agencies
saddled with the responsibility of protecting
Nigeria and its territorial integrity should
apprehend the perpetrators of this heinous
crime against innocent Nigerians and
humanity; total overhaul of the security
organisation and security chiefs, immediate
arrest of the Miyeti Allah Cattle Breeders
Association leaders and its disbandment
with immediate effect.
“We also condemn the inability of the
government and securityagencies to protect
its citizens from foreigners masquerading
asherdsmen committing genocide in the
Middle Belt of our dear nation, Nigeria.
“We are not going to fold our arms to see
foreigners masquerading as herdsmen
slaughter and kill hardworking Nigerians
that are going about their legitimate
businesses and livelihood anymore, when
we have a democratically elected
government in place.
“We are bold to ask these questions? What
is the primary responsibility of government?
Why is nobody being arrested and
prosecuted for these killings? As agitators
with conscience, we take lives of follow
Nigerians sacrosanct as no amount of
provocation will lead to the slaughtering of
innocent Nigerians because of cows.
“We, therefore, warn that after this 21 days
of mourning is over and nothing is done,
we, the good people of the Niger Delta, and
coalition of agitators will have no choice
than to declare herdsmen and Miyeti Allah
Cattle Breeders Association enemies of the
Niger Delta and Nigerians in general.
“Therefore, we do not wish to see them in
any of the Niger Delta states because the
pollution and degradation of our farmlands
and the polluted waters and rivers are
enough provocation, let alone seeing our
mothers and sisters in a life threatening
situation and being killed by cattle breeders,
while the Miyeti Allah is applauding them
because they value the lives of cows more
than human lives.
“Enough of this carnage going on, we
should use this 21 days of mourning to
reflect and ask the question, if we are truly a
nation where the life of a cow is more
valuable than human life.”

“I’m Now Realising My Foolishness, FG
Proscription Of IPOB Indrectly Tags Me, An
Igbo Man A Terrorist – Nnia Nwodo
By Exclusive admin - June 30, 20180
Chief John Nnia Nwodo, the President
General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, at the
weekend said that the declaration of the
Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) as a
terrorist organisation was an attempt by the
Federal Government to profile Igbo people
at the international security arena.
Nwodo stated this while delivering a lecture
at the Enugu State University of Science and
Technology (ESUT) Business School, Enugu,
on Saturday.
He also re-affirmed Ohanaeze’s utmost belief
in the call by the Southern and Middle Belt
Leadership Forum and a number of other
well-meaning Nigerians for a new
constitution for a politically restructured
Nigeria similar to the 1963 arrangement.
Chief Nwodo said he viewed the declaration
of IPOB as a terrorist organisation as
hurried, unfair, and not in conformity with
the intendment of the law.
The two-time minister said whereas he was
not completely in agreement with some of
the methods of IPOB, like its inappropriate
and divisive broadcasts, the uncontested
evidence given by the Attorney General of
the Federation in an interlocutory action
claiming that IPOB attempted and/or actually
snatched guns from law enforcement
agents, if proven, were merely criminal
offences.
He insisted that the said offences IPOB were
accused of did not constitute enough
evidence to meet international law
definition of terrorism.
Nwodo noted that the United States
embassy in Nigeria shared this conclusion
and asserted that the United States
government did not recognise IPOB as a
terrorist organisation.
He said: “This same unarmed IPOB that is
being stigmatised by the Nigerian
government had its members murdered in
Asaba, Nkpor, Aba and Port Harcourt simply
for having public demonstrations without
the Federal Government ordering a judicial
inquiry.
“Instead, after I called for one and Amnesty
International provided evidence that 150 of
them were killed, the Chief of Army Staff set
up an inquiry, composed of serving and
retired members of the armed forces,
thereby compromising the rules of natural
justice which prescribes that you cannot be
a judge in your own case.
“The Igbos in Nigeria feel the treatment of
IPOB as unfair, discriminatory, and an
overkill.
“They see the move as an attempt to
encourage a profiling of Igbos in the
international security arena.
“We know of other self-determination
groups in Nigeria that are armed and have
destroyed government and private sector
installations and wells that government
prefer to negotiate with rather than
labelling them as terrorist organisations.
“Fulani herdsmen, otherwise called the
Fulani militants, have ravaged farms in
Middle Belt, South West, and South Eastern
Nigeria, killing several farmers in the
process. In January 2016, they killed 500
farmers and their families in Agatu in Benue
State.
“This year alone, over 1000 people have
been murdered by them in the Middle Belt
and many more displaced from their homes.
“In Enugu State, they murdered more than
100 farmers in Ukpabi Nimbo in April 2016.
“Photographs depicting them with
automatic rifles trend in the entire world
media, yet not one of them is facing criminal
charges, nor is ‘Operation Python Dance’
being conducted in the areas where they
ravage and kill and the Federal Government
describes them as criminals and not a
terrorist organisation, notwithstanding their
classification by the Global Terrorist Index as
the fourth deadliest terrorist group in the
world (see British Independent Newspaper
of 12th July 2016 which indicated that
Fulani herdsmen killed one thousand people
in 2014).”
He said the recent deployment of soldiers to
South East in ‘Operation Python Dance’ was
unfortunate.
According to the Ohanaeze leader,
deployment of the army was only allowed in
circumstances of insurrection, terrorism,
and external aggression not in preventing
the killing of priests or fighting kidnapping.
He explained that in those circumstances
where they could be deployed, leave of the
Senate must be sought, stressing that this
brazen impunity in dealing with matters
which concerned the South East was
provocative.
On the issue of restructuring, Nwodo said:
“Now, let us look at the statistical evidence
that made the argument for restructuring
compelling.

time is eternity.
HENRY VAN DYKE
.
How old are you now, and how old would you be in 10 years coming?
Time waits for no man, any minute you spend clubbing has been wasted. Any seconds you spend gossiping has being wasted too. Our time is meant to be spent sagaciously.
The difference between a rich man and a poor man is TIME USAGE. Both has same 24 hours per day but different usage of it.
In the study of time we should be able to note how our time is been managed, how others influences our time, and how sagacious we are in spending our time.
"
TIME IS TOO SHORT TO MISMANAGE:
The essence of life is Goal. Goals are our plans for our life, achievements we tasked ourselves to achieve and heights we wants to attain.
Goals are subdivided into SHORT TERM GOAL & LONG TERM GOAL.
Mismanagement is when we go after the long term goals in a period we should've gone for the short term goal. This act of mismanagement of time has kept many frustrated and ending up unsuccessful.
WHAT ARE THE SHORT AND LONG TERM GOALS.?
When we sketch our goals or plans for our future it is important to use a scale of preference. (Eg) Going to school is a short term goal. Making money is a long term goal. Learn an apprenticeship or trade is a short term goal, marriage is a long term goal...etc
unfortunately, the youths of today mismanage this times -- they use the time for studying to make money, they use the time for learning to go into Love affairs thereby mismanaging and complicating their lives.
What goal are you after? Is it your long term goal or short term goal?
The importance of following due procedure is that it keeps you concentrated. "Go after knowledge while you are still young, and money shall go after you when you are old"
"
TIME IS TOO SHORT TO GO WITH THE WRONG PEOPLE.
We become as successful as the people we walk with. Success depends on one thing - what goes inside you. The ship doesn't sink because of the water that surrounds it, it sinks because of the water that gets inside of it. Where you grow doesn't matter much than how you grow. It doesn't matter where you started but How you started. Don't let the toxics around you to contaminate you. You can still become successful even in the midst of the unsuccessful.
"
TIME IS TOO SHORT TO LEARN FROM THE BAD TEACHER.
Bad teachers neccessarily may not be scholastic teachers. But friends and environments. Life is all about unveling what we learnt. Criminals learnt to get money through stealing, beggars through begging...so, we act as we're taught. Either by school, parents or surroundings. Don't let a bad teacher educate you.

. fish.jpegVillagers in west Sri Lanka have said they
have been surprised and delighted by an
unusual rainfall of small fish.
The edible fish fell during a storm and are
believed to have been lifted out of a river
during a strong wind.
Villagers in the district of Chilaw said they
heard something heavy falling and found
scores of fish with a total weight of 50kg
(110lbs).
It is not the first such incident in Sri Lanka -
in 2012, a case of "prawn rain" was
recorded in the south.
Scientists say that "fish rain" usually occurs
when swirling whirlwinds over relatively
shallow water develops into waterspouts
and sucks in almost anything in the water
including fish, eels and even frogs.
The marine life can be carried long distances
by buffeting clouds even when the
waterspout stops spinning.
Villagers say that the "fish rain shower" took
place on Monday with the creatures falling
on the village green, roads and roofs.
Some of the fish - each three to five inches
(5cm-8cm) in length - were still alive and
were put in a buckets of water by villagers
who ate them later.
This is the third time this has happened in
Sri Lanka, but not from the same area.
In addition to the reported "prawn rain" of
2012 in the south, there was yellow and red
"meteor rain" the same year - a weather
development that is reportedly still being
investigated by US and British scientists.
Fish is a valued commodity in Sri Lanka.
On Monday the Sri Lankan Daily Mirror
reported that a fish trader was robbed of
450,000 rupees ($3,450/£2,030) by four
men - one disguised as a policeman - who
intercepted his lorry.

. succesful.jpeg1. Focus on commitment,
not motivation.
Just how committed are you to your goal?
How important is it for you, and what are
you willing to sacrifice in order to achieve
it? If you find yourself fully committed,
motivation will follow.
.
2. Seek knowledge, not
results.
If you focus on the excitement of
discovery, improving, exploring and
experimenting, your motivation will
always be fueled. If you focus only on
results, your motivation will be like
weather—it will die the minute you hit a
storm. So the key is to focus on the
journey, not the destination. Keep thinking
about what you are learning along the
way and what you can improve.
.
3. Make the journey fun.
It’s an awesome game! The minute you
make it serious, there’s a big chance it will
start carrying a heavy emotional weight
and you will lose perspective and become
stuck again.
.
4. Get rid of stagnating
thoughts.
Thoughts influence feelings and feelings
determine how you view your work. You
have a lot of thoughts in your head, and
you always have a choice of which ones to
focus on: the ones that will make you
emotionally stuck (fears, doubts) or the
ones that will move you forward
(excitement, experimenting, trying new
things, stepping out of your comfort
zone)
.
5. Use your imagination.
Next step after getting rid of negative
thoughts is to use your imagination. When
things go well, you are full of positive
energy, and when you are experiencing
difficulties, you need to be even more
energetic. So rename your situation. If you
keep repeating I hate my work, guess
which feelings those words will evoke?
It’s a matter of imagination! You can
always find something to learn even from
the worst boss in the world at the most
boring job. I have a great exercise for you:
Just for three days, think and say positive
things only. See what happens.
.
6. Stop being nice to
yourself.
Motivation means action and action brings
results. Sometimes your actions fail to
bring the results you want. So you prefer
to be nice to yourself and not put yourself
in a difficult situation. You wait for the
perfect timing, for an opportunity, while
you drive yourself into stagnation and
sometimes even into depression. Get out
there, challenge yourself, do something
that you want to do even if you are afraid.
.
7. Get rid of distractions.
Meaningless things and distractions will
always be in your way, especially those
easy, usual things you would rather do
instead of focusing on new challenging
and meaningful projects. Learn to focus
on what is the most important. Write a list
of time-wasters and hold yourself
accountable to not do them.
.
8. Don’t rely on others.
You should never expect others to do it
for you, not even your partner, friend or
boss. They are all busy with their own
needs. No one will make you happy or
achieve your goals for you. It’s all on you.
.
9. Plan.
Know your three steps forward. You do
not need more. Fill out your weekly
calendar, noting when you will do what
and how. When-what-how is important to
schedule. Review how each day went by
what you learned and revise what you
could improve.
.
10. Protect yourself from
burnout.
It’s easy to burn out when you are very
motivated. Observe yourself to recognize
any signs of tiredness and take time to
rest. Your body and mind rest when you
schedule relaxation and fun time into your
weekly calendar. Do diverse tasks, keep
switching between something creative
and logical, something physical and still,
working alone and with a team. Switch
locations. Meditate, or just take deep
breaths, close your eyes, or focus on one
thing for five minutes.
You lack motivation not because you are
lazy or don’t have a goal. Even the biggest
stars, richest businesspeople or the most
accomplished athletes get lost sometimes.
What makes them motivated is the
curiosity about how much better or faster
they can get. So above all, be curious, and
this will lead you to your goals and
success.

. powell.jpegSince he played the character, Jesus, in the
1977 movie, Jesus of Nazareth, Robert
Powell’s photos are hung in churches,
homes, cars, schools, offices and many holy
grottos all over the world to drive off evil
forces and attract good fortunes.
However, Powell has cried out in the social
media that he is not Jesus and that people
should stop worshiping him. Rather, they
should respect the true Jesus and worship
God. His is among the most trending stories
on social media in January 2016.
In his words: “I never cease to say and I
repeat it to the world since 1977. I am not
Jesus Christ, I am just an actor and British
comedian. I am tired of seeing my photos
displayed in places of worship and other
places for worship. I just make a film for a
living. Burn my picture and worship the
only God in truth ! I am just an actor… Jesus
is Lord!”
Another
actor who
played Jesus
is Jim
Caviezel.
According to
clipd.com,
“Jim is
arguably one
of the most
famous
portrayals of
Jesus in
acting
history. He
played Jesus
in Mel Gibson’s ‘The Passion Of The Christ,’
which is the greatest selling Christian movie
of all time. Jim won one award for his
portrayal as Jesus, and several other
nominations.” He too may soon beg people
to stop worshipping him like Powell.
Here
Powell’s
profile
as
published by Wikipedia:
“Robert Powell (born 1 June 1944) is an
English television and film actor, best
known for the title role in Jesus of Nazareth
(1977) and as the fictional secret agent
Richard Hannay. He is also known for his
role as Mark Williams in BBC One medical
drama, Holby City, and as David Briggs in the
sitcom The Detectives alongside Jasper
Carrott.
His distinctive voice has become well
known in advertisements and
documentaries, especially in World War II
documentaries such as World War II in HD
Colour, Hitler’s Bodyguard, The Story of the
Third Reich and Secrets of World War II.
Powell was born in Salford, Lancashire, the
son of Kathleen (née Davis) and John Wilson
Powell. Powell was educated at Manchester
Grammar School (where one of his
classmates was the actor Ben Kingsley),
then a direct grant grammar school for
boys in the city of Manchester in North West
England, and later at the Royal College of
Advanced Technology in Salford.
Powell took up acting while an
undergraduate. He had aspired to become a
lawyer and in 1963-4 attended an external
London University LLB degree Course at the
Manchester College of Commerce but at the
same time quietly took acting roles under
Trevor Nunn. At the College of Commerce he
swapped roles with Bernard Brandon in a
week-long College Revue of Comedy
Sketches to see which role gave him “the
best laughs”. This early comedy experience
was later to be fulfilled with Jasper Carrott.
After this he secured a post at a repertory
theatre in Stoke-on-Trent.His first film part
was in Robbery when he played the driver
of the driver who is coshed in the Stanley
Baker film about the great train robbery. He
had a small role in the original film version
of The Italian Job (1969) playing one of the
gang, but had to wait a few years for his
first success, playing scientist Toby Wren in
the BBC’s science fiction series, Doomwatch
in 1970. Having been killed off in the last
episode of the original series, at his
request, Powell became a pin-up and a
household name, following up with starring
roles in several BBC serials, including
television adaptations of the novels
Sentimental Education (1970) and Jude the
Obscure (1971). He also appeared in the
1975 series Looking for Clancy, b

. Haratio.jpgIT IS WELL WITH MY SOUL
The song "It Is Well With My Soul" was
written by a successful Christian lawyer
Heratio Spafford. His only son died at age 4
in 1871. In 1872, the great Chicago fire
wiped out his vast estate, made from a
successful legal career. In 1873 he sent his
wife & 4 daughters over to Europe on a
summer trip on the ill fated SS Ville du Havre.
Since he had a lot of work to do, he planned
to follow them later. The Ship sank and he
lost his 4 daughters with the wife being the
only survivor. She sent him a famous
telegram which simply read, "SAVED
ALONE...." On his return home, his Law firm
was burned down and the insurance
company refused to pay him. They said "It's
an Act of God". He had no money to pay for
his house and no work, he also lost his
house. Then while sitting and thinking
what's happening to him, being a spiritual
person, he wrote a song - "Whatever, my
Lord, You have taught me to say - It is well, it
is well with my soul". My dear friend, a good
attitude will determine your altitude. When
you look at your life, career, job or family life,
what do you say? Do you praise God? Do
you blame the devil? A good attitude
towards God makes Him move on your
behalf. Just sit down and say, "Today, God, it
is well with my soul, I am thankful I had a
peaceful sleep, I am thankful I am alive with
possibilities, I am thankful I have a roof over
me, I am thankful I have a job, I am thankful
that I have Family and Friends. Above all, I
am thankful that I have the Lord Jesus Christ
on my side." Be blessed and don't be
envious or shocked when others are
prospering because you don't know what
they have been through to get there (test,
trials and tribulation) so thank God for what
you have. "Little is much when God is in it. It
Is Well With My Soul!"
Stay blessed!!!
